Ryan Jorgensen
Originally from Salt Lake City, I pursued my passion for philosophy at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, where I graduated with honors. Following my undergraduate studies, I earned my Juris Doctor (JD) from Berkeley Law and passed the California Bar. With a diverse legal background spanning civil rights, trademark, insurance law, and my current focus on probate, trusts, and estates, I bring a comprehensive and nuanced approach to estate planning and administration.

I am experienced in drafting wills and living trust for both individuals and families, administering probate proceedings in court, and assisting trustees in managing trust affairs. I have previously litigated on behalf of beneficiaries to help them get their fair share, so I know which mistakes in estate planning will likely lead to litigation down the road and I know how to avoid them.
In addition to my legal expertise, I have hands-on experience running my own IT business, which has equipped me with a unique blend of technical and entrepreneurial skills that I bring to my law practice. My love for technology allows me to stay at the forefront of legal innovations and better serve my clients.
Outside of work, I’m an avid knitter and a devoted reader of fantasy fiction. These hobbies reflect my attention to detail, creativity, and appreciation for stories—qualities I bring to every client relationship.
